Kirk Cameron, Project Manager and Business Development

Kirk Cameron is Director of Solar Business Development for DC-Energy and Co-Founder of Northwest Photon Energy. He is responsible for generating and managing new solar energy client opportunities. Mr. Cameron has over 25 years of experience in corporate systems sales, marketing, management and customer service for the telecommunications industry. As National Account Sales Manager for US West, he sold voice and data systems to customers throughout Oregon, Washington and California. He founded EEI Solutions in 1990 as a telecom Application Service Provider (ASP), with services including interactive voice response (IVR), carrier billing and reporting. Prosodie Interactive acquired EEI Solutions in 2000; there, Kirk served as President of the Western region, acquiring three other companies over 18 months. Mr. Cameron has worked as an independent consultant and entrepreneur from 2002 until 2009 when he founded Northwest Photon Energy. He has one patent for consumer telecomm equipment. Mr. Cameron holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the University of Oregon.

Jeanine Fuller, Senior Project Manager

Jeanine Fuller has a strong ability to coordinate and communicate with clients and subcontractors so everyone understands the goals and commitments necessary to complete a successful project. She has a strong background in design-build construction, especially with projects that have unique challenges, and is highly skilled at working with governmental agencies expediting permits and obtaining Certificates of Occupancy. Jeanine's work ethic, tenacious personality and love for the industry is reflected in her long-standing relationships with clients. She has been with S.D. Deacon since 2001 and graduated from California Polytechnic State University of San Luis Obispo in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering.

Guy Anderson, Superintendent

Guy Anderson is Superintendent of DC-Energy and is responsible for the installation of all building mounted and ground mounted photovoltaic (PV) solar systems. As a certified solar technician, Mr. Anderson has over 20 years of commercial and residential construction management experience. He has developed and maintained an extensive network of service partners including electrical contractors, structural contractors, solar system engineers and maintenance personnel. Mr. Anderson holds an Oregon CCB license in commercial and residential construction. His continuing education includes licensing as a certified home inspector (OCH1 030) as well as Entry Level Certificate of knowledge through NABCEP.

Roger Dale-Moore, Safety Coordinator

As Safety Coordinator for DC-Energy, Roger Dale-Moore is directly responsible for ensuring all safety and compliance issues regarding solar projects. Roger began in construction in 1989 as a Lead Laborer for acommercial construction company in the Bay area. He joined S.D. Deacon in 1992 and, through the Carpenter Apprentice Program, became a Carpenter Leadman in 1996, Foreman in 1998 and a Superintendent in 2000. In 2008, Roger was promoted to Safety Director.

Eric Kneeland, Estimator and Preconstruction Coordinator

Eric Kneeland is lead Estimator and Preconstruction Coordinator for DC-Energy. Eric is in charge of all preconstruction job pricing and subcontractor selection. Eric joined S.D. Deacon in 2002 where he advanced quickly to Project Superintendent. In 2010, he was promoted to Chief Estimator. He graduated from Montana State University with a B.S. in Construction-Engineering Technology and continued his education with LEED Accreditation.
